There will be three questions on the November ballot.  All three questions would need to pass for a pool to be constructed and operating in our community.   

       Question 2A: Sales and Use Tax Increase for a Community Pool

       Question 6A: Operating Mill Levy

       Question 6B: Pool Debt Financing

To the right are links to the information on each question individually.  It includes the actual ballot language and an explanation of each question.  We also have videos explaining each question.  To vote on question 2A you must be registered voter in the boundaries of the City of Cañon City.  Any registered voter in the City will also vote on questions 6A and 6B.  For those outside city limits, but a registered voter in the boudaries of the Cañon City Area Recreation and Park District you will be able to vote on questions 6A and 6B.  If you own property in the Recreation District boundaries , but live in another community in Colorado and are a registered voter in Colorado you will be able to vote on the two questions as well.  Below is a boundary map of the City and Recreation District.
