The Canon City Area Recreation and Park District offers a track and field program for youth in the summer. Both boys and girls ages 5 to 14 may join the District's track team.
Conditioning, proper fundamentals of running, field event techniques, and team involvement will all be emphasized. Our program is structured for all skill levels, benefiting kids who are just starting in track and field to those who have been participating for years.
Children will have the opportunity to participate in CARA track meets at no additional cost.
Tuesday and Thursday evenings starting on May 28th through July 20th
